After that first one, I only go to another one in 983 because I don't feel like
dressing up and go to Princeton Room just to eat Brasserie food in a nicer manner (not
necessarily for a better food..). Here's a picture of me and Serge at 981 Res Dinner.
Yupp.. don't worry about forgetting it because I put a birthday reminder on the first page of this site, didn't I .. You could also e-mail me your address so I could write a more personal reminder when the day comes, he..he..he.. Here are some pictures from the party. Warren is cooking and hosting as well.. The fact that I (used to be) an MBA student doesn't mean I didn't party. I know.. I
know.. some of my classmates are twice my age, so what ?? Here are some pictures
from our MBA farewell party, 22 December 1998 at Mariott Hotel. Left picture is me and
Guillaume. Right one is Guillaume, me, Vidi and Stephen. Please try very hard to ignore my
sort-of-falling dress...
The party following Pub Crawl.. urrghh.. still got that bit of headache.. Frode and Marek are hosting and they made this magic potion called Gloegg. It suppose to be a Christmas drink (I guess) and it has raisin and peanuts in it. Yumm.. taste really good.. That's me, Sissy and Marek on the left picture and there are Sandy, Anika, Yannie, Kathrine and Sven on the right picture.
For some reason that I don't really know, the Norwegians love pre-party.
It's quite obviouse that it's a party held before the real party. So, say we have 12
parties in a semester, double the number up to get the real party numbers !! Here's a

We have it every semester around week 10. My first one
was great (simply because it was the FIRST one..) and I won the "House and Garden
Award" for best room decor. It was given to, ".. she who dedicated her life to
whales, dolphins and other marine creatures..". Lots of peopla are responsible for
this especially Anand (who regularly had a guided tour for people to my room even if I'm
in the middle of doing something..), Maria, Brenda, Gialisa, Jerisa, Lisa, Robin, Serge
and the others. Thanks...
Bond Fire is held every
semester near the Blocks. You can guess that we have a fire in the middle plus BBQ and
drinks. Just an arena for getting to know each other and socializing. This picture was
from my first Bond Fire in 981. That is Brenda next to me, then Maria and Otty. Look how
skinny I was, geezzzz....
Held every second semester and the first one I got
involved in was 982. June made me do 3 dances and my favourite is the Indian stick dance,
simply because I like the dress, he..he.. We all had butterlfies in the stomach backstage
but everything went fine. I thought that was my last Malaysian Nite since I was planning
to graduate in 983, but what to say.. dad wanted me to stay so I had another 3
performances for the 991 M'sia Nite. We really had fun during practices and on the D-day.
I did another Indian dance : Bhangra, again, my favourite of all. That was me and Kathrine
before the event began, in front of Princeton Room. Again I was being sentimentil thinking
that it was really going to be my last M'sia Nite but HECK !! Something went wrong with my
project and I have to stay for 993, meaning... another Malaysian Nite !!! Oh well, some
more report on that later..
